For all fandoms, I'm interested in fic that could be sexual, romantic or platonic of all ratings and styles. I love the play on lights and darks in stories, tough choices that don't always turn out the way you want them to, and it doesn't always have to have a happy ending. For Yuletide this year most of my fandoms tend toward the spookier side of things and I definitely enjoy darker stories both in theme and substance, so if you like writing those things, please feel free to go all out.
Dracula (TV 2013) - Lucy/Mina
I hate that this show got so little time but the friendship between Lucy & Mina was my absolute favorite thing about it. In the later episodes the intensity of Lucy's feelings for Mina are definitely what I'm here for. Alexander as Dracula is wonderful, so having her involved either with vamp Lucy, or just as a potential love interest for Mina is fine by me. I'm also head over heels for Victoria Smurfit as Lady Jayne, so if you want to include her in anything with Lucy, that'd also be wonderful.

+ Lucy before or after she declares herself to Mina
+ Mina who loves her friend more than she loves Jonathan, or Grayson, or herself
+ I adore Lucy/Mina on their own but feel free to give me Grayson/Lucy/Mina

+ Mina shedding her hesitations about being with Lucy because she's also with Alexander

Carol (2015) - Carol/Therese
I was late to this movie but now that I've seen it, I really want more of Carol & Therese. Of course the best part of this is the slow burn of Carol's interest in Therese and Therese's slow realization of her feelings about Carol. My really over the top perfect piece would be the examination of their feelings in the interim between their separation and then meeting again and whatever comes after.
+ More of the road trip -- stops along the way, more time in the motel, moments in the car
+ Post-movie -- Carol and Therese giving it another shot
+ Holidays, I'd love to see a Valentine's Day or Christmas together with these two
+ Music, Therese's sort of fascination with the records at the Aird house is intriguing
+ I'd love to see something with them shopping together, fashion montage, special occasion shopping
+ Whatever happens between their separation from each other, either/both perspectives
We Have Always Lived in the Castle - Shirley Jackson - Merricat & Constance
I'm a sucker for stories with the kind of willful denial of a breakdown that both Merricat and Constance live under. The sister's relationship is interesting on multiple levels, especially Constance's protection of what Merricat's done, her complicit involvement in keeping it a secret from her sister, and her seclusion from the rest of the town - seemingly okay with their assumptions of what actually took place. Most especially the freedom she continues to allow Merricat, especially given the fanciful but obsessive nature of her activities, is intriguing.
+ Introspection from Constance and her protection of Merricat
+ The unraveling psyche of one or both of the sisters
+ Anger/darkness from Merricat
+ I'm open to the sisters in a romantic or burgeoning sexual relationship given their isolation from the world
+ Merricat or Constance attempts at interacting with the outside world and the other's reaction to it
+ Escalation in Merricat's predilections, how might it change over the years
+ Strangers at the house - how might Constance or Merricat deal with them
+ In all those years alone, maybe Merricat made an outside friend?
+ Merricat exploring a relationship with an outsider -- and how Constance might react if she learned of such of thing
+ AUs and crossovers (like the new The Haunting of Hill House maybe?) would be welcome here
The Haunting of Hill House (TV 2018) - Theo Crain
I really loved this series. I enjoyed the heavy spooks, the darkness within each character, the family dynamics and everything that comes with those things. Theo has always been one of my favorite characters in every version of this story and I really, really loved what they did with her in this one. Her empathic abilities, her relationship issues and her interactions with her family all leave lots of room for more stories.
+ I love the shots of Theo at the bar and would definitely enjoy more stories here, pre- or post- canon
+ How do Theo's empathic abilities come out when she's with a date
+ The healthier side of Theo's relationship with Trish post-canon
+ Who else has Theo seen put in jail due to her empathic abilities? Or how has she dealt with other young patients?
+ Tiny child Theo's strength in protecting her siblings - I love how she stands up to Mrs. Dudley for the twins
+ It seems like as adults Theo and Nell must've had a good relationship for a long while and I'd love to see more of that
+ I'm very interested in seeing how Theo came to live with Shirley and Kevin, the point that she made was about keeping Shirley warm and I'd love something that explores that more
+ I welcome Theo/Nell or Theo/Shirley at either point in their teen or adult years
- I know there are canon moments involving Theo's drinking, which is fine although I don't want the focus to be on her drinking or the inebriated state of her or any sexual partners

I have a big thing for broken christian mythology, especially when it involves angels and demons and priests trying to do the right thing in a world that's bigger than they expected. Marcus and Tomas are at odds with each other and with the evil that's coming.
+ The time between canon seasons - road trips, teaching moments, antagonistic moments, sniping at each other
+ Dealing with the new dynamic of their relationship in season two
+ I'm all about these two hooking up in whatever way you want to make it happen
+ All that energy they spending sniping at each other has to go somewhere sometime, angry!sex is a beautiful thing

+ If they're in a more intimate relationship, what are Tomas' feelings after meeting/finding out about Marcus' relationship with Mouse
+ I'm not against a Marcus/Peter interlude or even Marcus/Peter/Tomas in those missing moments before the season two resolution
+ What is the message about Tomas that Marcus gets and how does he find his way back to him
