New Music Friday
A new music Friday back to basics kind of post. I've only got a few and I've got some other post thought stirring, so I want to make this one short and sweet as I can for tonight. I hope you've found some good stuff to listen to this week. If so, share what you're listening to in the comments!
First up is Chester See with a cover version of "Dance Monkey" by Tones. Only in Chester's version it's very slowed down and ballad-like. If that's your thing (like it is mine) check it out.
From a little earlier this month we have former Glee actor, currently on Zoey's Extraordinary Playlist as Mo, Alex Newell. "Boy You Can Keep It" is a great solo bop with real Lizzo energy. So if you're looking for a fix, keep an eye on them.
Today we got a new song "See You in Hell" from a new female fronted metal band, Ad Infinitum (fronted by Melissa Bonny of Rage of Light and Evenmore). This is a pleasant surprise. If you are a fan of bands like Evanescence, Within Temptation this might be for you.
