What you can expect
This journal is primarily about my life, music & the occasional fandom diversion (mostly: Critical Role & Dragon Age). I do not have any particular friending policy; I welcome new friends and will usually add back. If you know me from elsewhere, feel free to send me a message. Thanks for stopping by. <3
Secondary Fanworks
You may podfic, MST3K, or create secondary fanwork of any fanwork I have posted. Please include a link to my work and let me know where you've posted yours. Please do not archive elsewhere.

Date: 2020-02-26 12:58 pm (UTC)I got a S.A.D. lamp and I know it sounds like voodoo but it really helps. As for the migraines I was on nortriptoline for 6 months but I was having Hemoplegic migraines (partial paralysis) and had a bad fall and concussion so I was ready to try anything and was unable to work anyway...the side effects were rough at first but gradually I felt better and I haven't had a migraine in four years. I definately could not work for the first two months on it and felt unbalanced for a long time and super sensitive to hot weather. But part of that was the concussion.
At 62 I finally am migraine free for the first time (except for a brief period in my youth, did lots of mushrooms) and it is amazing. I have had LARGE stress that would normally got me back in a migraine cycle since but have had NO MORE MIGRAINES.
Hope you feel better soon.
